Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Price Panda account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button next to the product you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email or through our online returns portal.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and manuals, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
